Privacy information

Mako uses your account email for authentication, verification, and account recovery. Your workspace stores the business records you enter, including contact details, tasks, comments, and financial documents.

Workspace records are available to authorized workspace members. Mako’s platform owner can manage access and support requests. Authentication and database services use Supabase; the app is hosted on Vercel. Configured email delivery uses Resend. Optional AI requests are sent to the configured AI provider when you use that tool.

The public demo stores fictional edits in session storage in your browser tab. Reset demo removes those edits.

Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information. Contact makocrm@gmail.com for access, deletion, retention, or privacy questions. Specific retention periods and any applicable service agreement must be confirmed with Mako before use.

This page describes current application behavior. Business identity, jurisdiction-specific disclosures, and formal retention terms still need the operator’s review.
